Three weighing totals weighing method of multiple load cells

A multiple load cells based weighing method,producing three weighing totals by shunting the A/D signals and utilize the virtual lever theory. This new method is able to successfully resolve weighing inaccuracy caused by malfunctioning of one load cell in a multiple load cells weighing structure,which otherwise difficult to identify. Hence,this new weighing method significantly improves the system redundancy and operating reliability of any weighing structure utilizing multiple load cells.
