基于键合图的火电厂锅炉给水泵系统的动态模型研究

摘    要:锅炉给水泵是火电厂安全运行中一个比较重要的环节,建立其较精确的仿真模型从而研究其动态特性是非常重要的。由于功率键合图用功率变量统一描述不同的物理过程,适合机、电、液、热等多种能量并存系统的建模。针对锅炉给水泵系统含有复杂的多变量的特点,利用键合图理论的分析方法,建立了其键合图模型。仿真结果证实了模型的精确性,为热工对象建模提供一种崭新方法。

Abstract:The feedwater pump system plays an important role during power plant operation and its accurate simulation model becomes valuable for dynamic characteristics research. Power bond graph uses unity power variables to describe different physical process, so it has advantages in modeling process that couples mechanic, electric, hydraulic and thermal energy. Considering complicated variables of boiler feedwater pump system, its bond graph models are established based on bond graph theory. The simulation curves verify the precision of model. This provides a new approach for modeling thermal process.
