| 摘 要： | 本文对国产婴儿奶粉与进口婴儿奶粉(S-26对比)进行了全面营养分析对比,特别对7大营养素中的前4种营养素(脂肪、蛋白质、碳水化合物、矿物质)进行了重点研究,另外,还对婴儿粉中乳蛋白质检测方法、和如何提高国产婴儿奶粉质量发表了意见。
