摘    要:目前,600MW超临界机组锅炉内的柬级过热嚣管、高温再热器管等大多采用TP347H奥氏体不锈钢来替代T91马氏体耐热铜,以提高管子承受高温的能力,而进口集箱却使用SA335P22或SA335P23钢材,这样,存在SA213-T23引出短管与SA213-TP347H小管异种钢的焊接熔舍比问题。为此,介绍了TP347H钢与T23小径管异种钢焊接工艺及可能出现的缺陷,并提出处理缺陷的一些常规方法。最后强调以未熔舍缺陷对焊接质量影响最大.

Abstract:In the boilers of 600 MW supercritical pressure units at present, TP347H austenitic stainless steel is used to replace T91 martensitic heat resisting steel for most last-stage superheater and high-temperature reheater tubes to improve the high temperature withstanding ability of the tubes, while steel SA335P22 or SA335P23 is used in imported headers, which gives rise to the penetration ratio problem during the welding between SA213-T23 outlet short tubes and SA213-TP347H small tubes. Consequently, this paper describes the procedure of welding between Steel TP347H and T23 small diameter tubes, indicating possible defects and presenting some conventional solutions. Lastly, it is stressed that the defect of incomplete fusion has the greatest impact on the welding quality.
