纳米流体的光热特性

摘    要:为了选择合适的纳米流体用作直接吸收式太阳集热器的循环工质,采用"两步法"制备了不同质量分数的铜纳米流体、炭黑纳米流体和碳包铜纳米流体.通过测量纳米流体的透射率和闷晒实验,间接地比较了3种纳米流体的光谱吸收性能和光热转换性能.结果表明:在相同质量分数的条件下,铜纳米流体和碳包铜纳米流体的吸光性能均优于炭黑纳米流体.在所研究的3种纳米流体中,由于碳包铜纳米流体具有高的导热系数和低的比热容,因此在闷晒实验中其升温速率最快,闷晒温度最高,显示出很好的光热转换性能.

Abstract:To select suitable nanofluids used as recycle fluids for direct absorption solar collector,three nanofluids(copper,carbon black,carbon-coated copper) of different concentrations were prepared by the "two step method".The spectral absorption properties and photo-thermal conversion properties were compared among the three nanofluids through measuring the transmissivity and insolation experiment.The results show that the spectral absorption properties of copper nanofluids and carbon-coated copper nanofluids are superior to carbon black nanofluids on the same concentration.With high heat conductivity and low heat capacity,the carbon-coated copper nanofluids have the highest insolation temperature and rise velocity in the insolation experiment.
