电脱盐换热器失效分析

摘    要:本文对电脱盐换热器的失效原因进行了分析。对管材的化学成分、金相组织及水质等进行检测分析,综合分析结果表明,管材的腐蚀穿孔是由于管材金相组织中珠光体聚集球化造成其耐腐蚀能力降低,而水中等指标的超标使腐蚀得以快速进行并导致穿孔失效。

Abstract:The failure causes of the heat exchanger for electric desalt process were analyzed in this paper. Through the analysis of the chemical content of the tube material, metallic structure and water quality, it was shown that the corrosion perforation in the tube was caused by balling and gathering of the pearlite that decreased the a-bility of the metal to resist corrosion. Moreover, the fact that the Clion in the soft water exceeds the limit made the corrosion of the metal fast and caused the occurrence of the perforation.
