摘    要:针对海洋深水表层钻井过程中钻井液用量大的技术特点,研制出了适用于动态压井钻井液的增黏剂ZVS,并在此基础上构建了深水表层动态压井钻井液体系。室内研究表明,研制的增黏剂在基浆中预先钝化后不起增黏作用,可满足动态压井钻井液体系基浆的可泵送性;当与加入激活剂的大量海水混合后,增黏剂迅速发挥增黏作用,能满足海洋深水钻井的需求;构建的动态压井钻井液体系基浆具有良好的可泵送性,经海水稀释并激活后,能满足深水钻井的要求。

Abstract:A new kind of viscosifier ZVS and the dynamic kill drilling fluid system are developed aiming to the challenges encountered in the early stages of deepwater wells.The experimental results show that before adding activator to the drilling fluid system,it can be pumped easily,after mixed with seawater and activator,the ZVS works as a viscosifier,which can be used in deepwater well drilling.
