| 摘 要： | 室内通过对不同处理剂及其加量的优选,优选出了聚磺润滑防塌钻井液的配方。其中,高效携砂剂的使用提高了钻井液的携砂能力,保证了井眼的清洁;多种防塌剂的复配使用有效地解决了多个层位井壁失稳问题;优选出的乳化石蜡的使用解决了因井斜大、摩阻扭矩大的难题。应用结果表明,该套钻井液技术抑制泥页岩水化分散能力强、性能稳定、抗温性能好、润滑防塌效果理想,有效地减少了井下复杂和故障的发生;且钻进速度快,该井只用了127 d就安全顺利地打完进尺,比设计提前了8 d。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the formulation of polysulfonate drilling fluid is developed by laboratory experiments.Thereof the applications of high-efficiency carrying cuttings agent,anti-caving agents,emulsified wax and mobile oil show that the drilling fluid has good performances of inhibition,thermo-stability,lubrication and anti-caving.Further more,it is only 127 days to finish drilling this well,which is ahead of 8d than designed. |
