摘    要:在理论分析的基础上,采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对国际热核实验反应堆(ITER)校正场线圈(CC)三辊成形和回弹过程进行了有限元分析。研究了不同成形半径下导体的变形、应力分布和当压下轮移除后的导体的回弹规律。设计了三辊成形设备,并在设备上完成了不同半径的成形,获得了导体回弹后的弯曲半径。试验结果和分析结果基本吻合,验证了所建立的有限元分析结果的正确性。根据试验和分析结果,确定了成形不同半径时的回弹补偿量。为ITER CC主体部分三辊成形提供了理论和实践指导。
