计算机专业复合型人才的培养模式与实践

普通高等学校计算机专业的学生目前的就业状况不太理想,究其原因主要是学校开设的计算机理论课程较多,实践课程内容较少,学生在毕业时不能满足用人单位的需要。本文结合天津商业大学计算机专业的学生理论知识较强而实际操作能力较弱的实际情况,采用实践的培养模式,用实训的方式培养复合型人才,探讨了计算机专业新的办学培养目标、课程设置、教学实施和效果保证等方面的改革与实践。

The Computer Professional Compound Talents Training Mode and Practice

Employment for computer majored graduates from general colleges is not desirable at present.The main reason is that students are offered most computer theory courses but few practical courses at college,thus fail to match what the employer needs after leaving school.Considering the fact that computer majored students from Tianjin university of commerce have a sound theory background but weak practical working ability,a cultivation mode of theory and practice is suggested.The training talent cultivation mode,how it is reformed on course offered and teaching objective,and effect guarantee to achieve the talent cultivation goal are also studied in this paper.
