水库远程调度管理仿真系统研究与构建

摘    要:以GSM网络的GPRS无线通信和计算机技术为基础,构建了一种中小型水库远程调度管理系统的设计方案,并就平板闸门控制模型建立提出了一种有效合理的方法。仿真实验的结果表明,系统方案和闸门控制模型是合理的和可行的,水库中心调度站的选址可基本不受地域和距离的限制,且传输数据的实时性好、准确性高,可进一步提高管理部门的管理水平和应急反应能力。

Abstract:This paper builds a design scheme of remote operation management system for small and medium-sized reservoirs,provides a kind of effective and reasonable method to the control model for bulkhead gate based on GPRS wireless communication in GSM and computer technology.Simulation experiments show that the system solutions and control model are reasonable and feasible,the location of reservoir center dispatching station can not subject to region and distance limit, the data transmission is timely and accurate,and can further improve management level and emergency response ability for the management department.
