| 摘 要： | 融资难是重庆市中小企业面临的一个突出问题，笔者系统地分析了重庆市中小企业银行贷款难的原因，在借鉴国外成功经验的基础上，结合重庆市实际，较有针对性地提出建立、健全重庆市中小企业信用担保体系的总体框架、具体方法及应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Financing is the difficult problem many small and medium-sized businesses in Chongqing face. By analyzing the difficulties in getting loan from bank for small and medium-size business and using the experience of other countries, this paper puts forward the basic framework, specific means and some points to be taken notice of to establish and perfect credit-guarantee system. |
