焦化蜡油加氢处理作催化裂化原料的工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了焦化蜡油作催化裂化原料加氢处理的原因。利用FH - 5催化剂处理焦化蜡油 ,生成油硫含量从 85 0 0 μg g降到 6 1 5 μg g ,脱硫率 92 .8% ;氮含量从 4 30 0 μg g降到 1 70 0 μg g ,脱氮率6 9.8% ;碱氮含量从 1 90 1 μg g降到 335 μg g ,脱碱氮率 82 .4 %。催化裂化掺炼加氢焦化蜡油后 ,干气、油浆、焦炭的收率降低 ,汽油收率提高

Abstract:The reason of CGO hydrotreatment as FCC feedstock was described In the article. FH-5 catalyst was used to hydrotreat CGO. Content of sulfurnitrogen basic nitrogen was decreased greatly, hydrodesulfurization rate reached 92.8 %, denitrification rate 69.8 % and basic nitrogen removalrate 82.4 %. Product slate was obviously improved after the hydrotreated CGO was mixed with VGO as FCC feedstock. Yield of gasoline was obviously improved and quality of gasoline was enhanced evidently.
