| 摘 要： | 南京城市中遗留了大量的民国建筑,然而其保护现状却良莠不齐,特别是以居住功能为主的建筑,保护状况更是令人担忧。本文以颐和路公馆区为例,从产权归属入手,审视了该地区民国建筑保护工作的现状,分析了产权归属与保护之间的相互关系。并针对该地区民国建筑的不同产权归属情况,提出了不同的管理与保护建议,为历史建筑的保护提供一条新的思路。

| Abstract: | In Nanjing city there are a good many buildings built in the Republic China period. Some are well protected, but some are not, especially those residential buildings. From the perspective of property ownership, this paper examines the current situations of the protection of the buildings and analyzes the relationship of property ownership and protection with the Yihe Road area as an example. Then it presents different suggestions on the administration and protection of the buildings based on different property ownership. |
