摘    要:在对高碱值硼化石油磺酸钙合成条件进行大量实验的基础上,根据添加剂装置实际生产操作要求确定了高碱值硼化石油磺酸钙试生产的工艺条件。采用冷冻蚀刻电镜观察了试生产产品的胶体结构,并评价了其热氧化安定性。结果表明,胶体体系的胶粒粒径分布及平均粒径主要同促进剂类型以及有机酸种类有关,同胶体体系的碱值高低基本无关;高碱值硼化石油磺酸钙清净剂的热氧化安定性同产品总碱值密切相关,相应的胶体体系的稳定性对清净剂的热氧化安定性亦具有重要影响;高碱值硼化石油磺酸钙产品的碱值越高、胶体体系中胶粒颗粒的平均粒径越小、粒径分布越窄,热氧化安定性和清净性越好。采用研究确定的工艺条件试生产出的高碱值硼化石油磺酸钙产品质量合格,能够应用于工业生产。

Abstract:A series of tests were carried out to determine the process parameters for producing boronized calcium petroleum sulfonate detergent with high base number in accordance with the field production requirement to produce additives. The colloidal structures of the resulting detergent products were observed with freeze etching electron microscope, and their thermal oxidation stabilities were evaluated. It was found that the particle size distribution and the average particle diameter of the colloid system were closely related to the types of the promotor and the organic acids, but basically had no connection with the base number of the colloid system. Both the total base number and the stability of the colloid system had significant effects on the thermal oxidation stability of the detergent product, the higher the base number of the product, the smaller the average particle diameter and the narrower the colloid particle size distribution of the colloid system, resulted in better thermal oxidation stability and detergency. Under the selected process conditions, the products were qualified, which could be used in industrial production.
