| 摘 要： | 本文就织造工艺参数、后整理工艺以及环境条件对真丝双绉绉效应系数(Z)的关系进行了探讨。结果表明,织物的纬密、捻度、覆盖率、后整理张力以及环境湿度与绉效应系数密切相关。要增强双绉的绉效应,必须合理选择工艺参数,严格控制后整理拉幅张力,保持适当的环境湿度,使 Z 值增大。

| Abstract: | The influence of weaving parameters,finishing processes and ambient conditions on the crepe effect coefficient of silk crepe-de-chine is discussed. It is shown that the weft density,twist number,cover ratio,finishing tension,and ambient humidity of the fabric are closely related to its crepe effect coefficient.Improved crepe effect can be achieved by increasing the value of the crepe effect coefficient through reasonably selecting weaving parameters,strictly controlling finishing tentering tension,and maintaining appropriate ambient humidity. |
