热油泵机械密封泄漏原因及对策

摘    要:冷却系统结垢,使摩擦副端面温度过高,是导致热油泵机械密封失效的根本原因。采取软化水 夹套冷却和新增静环背冷等措施,可降低摩擦副端面温度,从而解决密封泄漏的问题。

Abstract:The main reason of mechanical seal leakage was analyzed. And pointed that: the main reason on the failure of hot oil pump mechanical seal was provided by the cooling systemfouling, and very high temperature of friction pair end face caused by fouling. By the use of soft water jacket cooling and establishing an additional static ring back cooling measures to decrease the temperature of friction pair end face, therefore,the seal leakage problem was solved.
