| 摘 要： | 分析了聚酯厂螺杆压缩机运行的主要故障,细述了螺杆压缩机干气密封改造的原理、结构、控制系统、密封面受力分析和优点。干气密封改造后,润滑油不再被污染,压缩机的轴承,增速齿轮和同步齿轮润滑良好,使用周期大大延长。

| Abstract: | The running main faults of screw compressor in PET plant were analysed.The screw compressor dry gas seal modification principle,structure,control system,seal end force analysis and advantages were discussed.After dry gas seal modification,the lubrication oil was no longer being polluted,the bearing,speed increase gear and synchronous gear of the compressor lubricated well,the using period was greatly prolonged. |
