摘    要:为解决辽河油田易漏区块钻井施工过程中的井漏问题,提高堵漏成功率,降低堵漏费用,缩短堵漏时间,通过室内实验,形成了一套MTC堵漏工艺技术.该技术具有现场配制工艺简单,费用较低,堵漏成功率和堵漏时效高等特点.所用MTC堵漏浆触变性较强,稠化时间可控,有较强的抗压强度,与常用钻井液体系相容性好.介绍了该堵漏工艺技术在桃29井的应用情况.现场应用结果表明,该工艺技术对高渗透性地层、破碎性地层和裂缝性地层有很好的封堵作用,能够满足上述地层的堵漏要求,并取得良好的应用效果.

Abstract:In an effort to solve lost circulation problem in Liaohe oilfield, and to increase plugging success rate, reduce plugging cost and shorten plugging time, a set of MTC plugging technology was formed based on lab tests. Simple slurry preparation, low cost, high success rate and effective plugging are characteristics of this technology. What's more, the slurry has advantages such as good thixotropic property, adjustable thickening time, high compressive strength of stone and good compatibility with conventional drilling fluids. Application of this plugging technology in Tao29 well was introduced. On-situ using indicated that this technology works well in high permeable formation, broken formation and fractured formation.
