摘    要:针对带式输送机运行安全的需求,介绍了一种基于ARM的带式输送机监控器的设计方法。该监控器以S3C2410为控制核心,以Linux作为操作系统,能够实时监测带式输送机的运行参数并将其直观地显示出来,并能够及时发现可能出现的故障,这对带式输送机的安全运行能起到很好的保护作用。

Abstract:Aining at the safety requirement of belt conveyer,a design method of belt conveyer monitor based on ARM was introduced.The belt conveyer monitor was controled by S3C2410. The hardware development and software design based on real time operatint system Linux were presented. The main function is to collect and amplify signal information , and to display it on the LCD screen, also to alarm when the physical signals exceed its upper and lower limits.
