| 摘 要： | 工作流技术是计算机系统支持的协同工作研究领域新推出的一门学科,是实现企业业务过程建模、过程管理与集成和业务过程自动化的核心技术.基于用户自定义业务流程的工作流技术的应用研发,对企业业务流程重组和协同工作技术的发展具有十分重要的意义.文中以中海油研究总院科技项目管理为背景,集中阐述了利用工作流技术的各种定义功能实现科研过程的协同工作、过程管理和集成应用,结果表明,基于工作流技术的科研协同工作系统的建立与应用,可以使科研过程能够在有序、标准、规范、安全的环境中实施,从而实现科技项目管理的自动化、精细化和高效化.
