新型抗高温水包油钻井液研究与应用

摘    要:针对渤海油田潜山地层压力控制钻井中水包油钻井液抗高温性、稳定性、可重复利用性不足等问题,通过优选抗高温乳化剂、增粘剂、降滤失剂等研制了新型抗高温水包油钻井液.室内评价结果表明,新型抗高温水包油钻井液具有良好的抑制性、润滑性、稳定性、抗污染性和油气层保护能力.根据JZ25-1S等油田潜山地层井中低温特性,为降低钻井液成本,对新型抗高温水包油钻井液配方进行了优化,取得了成功应用,可在渤海其他油田潜山地层中推广.

Abstract:To solve the scarce of high temperature tolerance,stability and recycle of oil-in-water drilling fluid used in burial hill formation pressure control drilling in Bohai Sea,a new high temperature tolerance oil-in-water drilling fluid is studied by optimizing high temperature tolerance emulsifier,viscosifier and fluid loss agent.The laboratory evaluation results show that the new high temperature tolerance oil-in-water drilling fluid has well rejection,oiliness,stability,pollution tolerance and oil & gas form...
