Method and System for Measuring Axes of Rotary Kiln

It is fairly importment to measure and master the exact position of revolving kiln axis,in order to adjust rationally technological operation and the lying position of supporting wheel,to avoid rolling heating of supporting wheel bearing,and to improve kiln body's forced status.The principles and method for dynamically measuring operating axes of rotary kiln were introduced.Measuring parameters include diameters of roller stations and tyres,tyre gap and straightness accuracy of operating axes of rotary kiln.A new practical system used for dynamically measuring operating axes of rotary kiln was developed.The system has many advantages,such as simple structure,convenient installing and using.Industrial measuring results show that the method is of higher measurement precision and reliability.
