| Abstract: | The text is first chapter content of special consultation report planning of thermoelectricity cold combine production. Analysis on facing problems of natural, economics, electricity and energy resources . The rule of closed smaller power plant by ministries and commissions of china, huge pressure about energy supply and environmental protection are present in Guangdong province. The Necessity of planning of heat electricity cold combine production in Guangdong province are put forward. |
