电能计量与远程抄表应用研究

摘    要:介绍了目前售电管理的几种方式,分析了传统的手工抄表、预付费系统和远程抄表系统等方式的优缺点和发展方向。介绍了远程抄表系统的结构和特点,从电能计量装置、采集器、集中器、数据中心和各种通信方式阐述了远程抄表技术的发展和应用现状。分析了传统机械式电能表、脉冲式电表、红外接口电能表和485接口的电子式电表等电能计量装置的特点和相对应的采集器的数据采集模式,重点介绍了DL/T645电能表通信规约、电力线载波远抄、GPRS/CDMA网络远抄等方式,研究了数据中心的建立及与银行的合作模式。指出远程抄表系统的发展方向。

Abstract:Traditional manual meter reading, pre-paid system and remote meter reading system are three forms of current power sale management system. This paper analyzes their advantages and disadvantages and their development. The structure and characteristics of remote meter reading system are introduced, from the aspects of the power measurement device, collector, concentrator, data center and communication mode the development and application of remote meter reading technology are described. Characteristics of traditional mechanical power meter, pulse power meter, infrared based power meter and 485 based power meter and the corresponding collector of data collection are presented. The DL/T645 power meter communication protocol, Power Line Carrier remote meter reading system and GPRS/CDMA network remote meter reading system are studied emphatically. The data center building and patterns of cooperation with banks are discussed. The development direction of the remote meter reading system is indicated.
