| 摘 要： | 对航天产品的可靠性增长试验方法进行了研究总结,阐述了以单机和系统级试验相结合,初样和试样阶段试验相结合,可靠性增长试验和预鉴定试验相结合的可靠性增长试验方法。对这些方法的应用进行了讨论。实践证明,以上述三结合方式进行的可靠性增长试验,在工程中具有较好的可操作性,降低了可靠性增长试验的门槛,使可靠性增长试验易于开展,对促进航天产品可靠性水平的提高起到了重要作用。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes reliability growth test method for space products,which is based on combination of unit test and system test,combination of original stage test and normal stage test,combination of reliability growth test and pre-qualification test.The application of this method is discussed.It is verified by engineering practice that 3-combined test method above is easy to perform in engineering with lower test prerequisites.This method is adopted by a lot of space products and is useful for reliability improvement for space products. |
