拉伸条件对ECDP预取向丝结构与性能的影响

摘    要:采用动态热应力仪对常压沸染型阳离子染料可染聚酯预取向丝(ECDP-POY)在不同的拉伸倍数和温度下进行热处理,并用差示扫描量热仪和广角X射线衍射仪对热处理后的样品进行测试。结果表明:ECDP-POY在1.0的拉伸倍数下,热应力随着拉伸温度的升高先增加后减小,并在105℃时出现最大值;在1.6的拉伸倍数下,热应力随着拉伸温度的升高快速降低,当温度达到95℃左右后降速趋缓。随拉伸温度的提高,样品的结晶度逐渐增大;在相同拉伸温度下,经1.6倍拉伸后的样品,其结晶度明显比1.0倍拉伸的样品高。研究结果可以为ECDP拉伸变形丝工艺的选择提供一定的参考。

The Effect of Drawing Conditions on the Structure and Properties of ECDP POY

Abstract:ECDP-POY(pre-oriented yarn) was drafted to given ratio on a dynamic thermal stress apparatusat different temperature, and the crystallization behavior of those samples after heat treatment was investigat-ed via differential scanning calorimeter and wide-angle X-ray diffractometer. The thermal stress of ECDP-POY increases firstly and then decreases with increasing temperature at a draft ratio of 1.0, reaching a maxi-mum value at 105 ℃. The thermal stress of ECDP-POY decreases rapidly with increasing treat temperatureat 1.6 draft ratio, and has little change after 95 ℃. The crystallinity of all samples increases gradually withincreasing treat temperature. At the same treat temperature, the crystallinity of samples with 1.6 draft ratiois obviously higher than that of samples with 1.0 draft ratio. These results could contribute to optimize thepreparation technology of ECDP draw textured yarn.
