Ku波段多通道收发组件设计

摘    要:阐述了一种包含四路接收通道和一路发射通道的Ku波段收发组件的工作原理,并对组成的单元电路和关键技术进行了分析。试验结果表明,在2 GHz带宽和-55~+85 ℃温度下,发射通道输出功率为(31±1) dBm,带内功率平坦度≤±0.5 dB,开关隔离度≥90 dB;接收通道增益为(30±1) dB,噪声系数≤5.0 dB,通道隔离度≥60 dB。测试结果表明,方案切实可行,满足使用要求。

Abstract:The fundamental working principle of a Ku band transceiver which consists of four receiving channels and one transmitting channel is introduced first, and then a detailed analysis is made of the unit circuits and key technology. The test results show that in the working bandwidth of 2 GHz and at -55~+85 ℃, the output power of transmitting channel is up to 31±1 dBm, the gain flatness in band is≤±0.5 dB, the switch isolation is≥90 dB, and the gain of receiving channel is up to 30±1 dB, the noise figure is≤5 dB, and the channel isolation is≥60 dB. The test results demonstrate that the design is valid and meets the requirement.
