摘    要:在当前无铬钝化的发展方向下,采用钛锆-磷硅体系无铬钝化液对镀锡板进行了钝化处理.利用扫描电子显微镜观察钝化膜微观形貌,并借助电子探针表征钝化膜特征元素在低倍和高倍时的分布规律,对钝化膜进行X射线电子能谱分析以研究元素价态,并利用辉光放电能谱研究钝化膜特征元素沿表层深度的分布规律.研究发现,无铬钝化反应首先发生在镀锡板能...

Abstract:Under the current developing direction of the chromium-free passivation, a solution containing titanium, zirconium, phosphorus and silicon was used to fabricate tinned plate. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the micromorphology of passivation film, and the electron probe was used to characterize the distribution of characteristic elements of passivation film at low and high magnification respectively. It was found that the chromium-free passivation reaction initiated at the higher energy position of tinned plate first. At the same time, the valence states of elements in passive films were analyzed by X-ray electron spectroscopy, and the distribution of characteristic elements along the surficial depth of passive films was studied by glow discharge spectroscopy. It was found that the content of elements in passive film changed with the surficial depth. It indicated that the chromium-free passivation process was carried out in several stages. The passivation film consisted of different structural layers, including oxide layer, inorganic layer and organic layer. Among them, the inorganic layer containing main Ti, Zr and other main salt elements was the skeleton of chromium-free passivation film.
