碳素模具钢板瓢曲缺陷的研究与改善

摘    要:针对沙钢所生产的碳素模具钢板在轧制过程中板形良好,轧后无水冷而产生瓢曲的问题,利用Gleeble3800热模拟试验机测定了 S45C碳素模具钢的相变膨胀量与热膨胀量;通过模拟轧制试验,研究了冷却过程中的相变膨胀力、热收缩力的相互作用机理.结果表明,相变过程中碳素模具钢膨胀系数约为-4.25×10-5/℃,而热胀冷缩引起...

Abstract:In view of the problem that the carbon die steel plate produced by Shagang has a good shape during the rolling process but occurs buckling after the rolling with no water cooling,the phase transformation expansion and thermal expansion of the S45C carbon die steel were measured by Gleeble3800 thermal simulation machine.And the interaction mechanism of transformation expansion force and thermal contraction force was studied by simulation rolling test in laboratory.The results show that the expansion coefficient of carbon die steel is about -4.25×10-5/℃during phase transformation,while the expansion coefficient caused by thermal expansion and contraction is about 4.73×10-5/℃.If there is a temperature difference during phase transformation,there will exist an expansion coefficient of 8.98×10-5/℃,and the plate is prone to buckling.Due to different heat dissipation environments on the upper and lower surfaces of the plate,there is a temperature difference between the upper and lower surface of the plate.Because of the phase transformation stress during phase transformation,the plate occurs buckling.Therefore,by accelerating the air convection on the lower surface of the plate on the cooling bed and reducing the heat dissipation on the edge and upper surface of the plate,the problem of plate buckling has been significantly improved..
