摘    要:天然气的商品率是衡量天然气开发利用水平的重要指标之一,其反映了天然气产量和商品量之间的关系。注重提高天然气的商品率,对我国天然气产业的发展具有重要的意义。为此,阐述了天然气商品率的计算方式,分析了影响天然气商品量的主要因素,包括气井试气试采井口放空、伴生气井口放空、输气管网泄漏、管道气放空、计量误差、生产过程中自用、地下储气库垫气等多个方面。针对我国气田开发的现有条件和技术水平,提出了提高天然气商品率的具体措施:(1)加强天然气集输管理,建立完整性管理技术体系,预防和减少管道事故的发生,经济合理地保证管道安全运行;(2)提高天然气利用率,推广节气技术,降低自用气量;(3)重视井口气回收,减少放空量;(4)降低油气自用量与损耗量,节约费用、资源利用与保护环境并行,实现零散气的综合利用。

Abstract:The commodity rate of natural gas, one of the most important indicators for measuring the level of natural gas development and utilization, can also reflect the relationship between the actual natural gas yield and commodity quantity. In view of this, this indicator's calculation method was explained with such influencing factors taken into account as test gas and wellhead venting of production wells, venting of associated gas, leakage and venting of pipe gas, gas metering error, self-use in gas production, cushion gas of UGS, and so on. According to the existing conditions and technical level in the field development in present China, we presented the following measures to improve the marketable natural gas yield. (1) An integrity management system of natural gas gathering and transportation should be built to prevent and reduce pipeline accidents. (2) Natural gas utilization rate should be enhanced to promote gas-saving technologies and lower the self-use gas volume in fields. (3) Wellhead gas should be recovered and the venting gas should be decreased. (4) Oil & gas self-use and loss should be reduced, and cost saving, resources utilization and environment protection should be concurrently implemented to achieve the multipurpose use of the scattered gas.
