涤纶织物原位矿化染色新技术

摘    要:使用分散红玉S-5BL、分散黄棕S-4RL、分散黑ECT三种分散染料对涤纶织物进行染色,将分散染料原位矿化染色工艺与传统染色工艺进行比较,通过染色后残液的吸光度、化学需氧量、染品色差、色牢度、染色工艺耗水量等指标对矿化效果进行评定,从而评价原位矿化技术生产应用的可行性。

New Technology of In-Situ Mineralized Dyeing of Polyester Fabric

Abstract:The polyester fabrics were dyed by disperse red S-5 BL, disperse yellow brown S-4 RL and disperse black ECT. The in-situ mineralized dyeing process was compared with the traditional dyeing process.The absorbance and CODCr concentration of residual liquid after dyeing, the color difference and fastness of the stained samples and the water consumption in dyeing process were tested. The feasibility of in-situ mineralized technology was evaluated.
