摘    要:合理的孔型设计对保证产品质量、提高生产效率具有极其重要的作用。为满足成品孔型同时生产零偏差和正偏差尺寸的要求,对φ150 mm圆钢成品孔型进行了优化设计,比较了优化前后孔型的差异及优缺点。生产实践表明,按双偏差尺寸要求设计成品孔型时,采用圆弧侧壁型圆孔较直线侧壁型圆孔效果较好,且在生产过程中通过辊缝调整即可实现正偏差和零偏差尺寸的不同要求,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:Reasonable pass design plays an extremely important role in ensuring product quality and improving production efficiency.In order to meet the requirements of producing zero deviation and positive deviation sizes at the same time of finishing pass,the finishing pass for the φ150 mm round bar was optimized.The differences and advantages and disadvantages of finishing pass before and after optimization were compared.Production practice shows that the effect of circular side wall pass is better than that of straight side wall pass to meet the requirement of double deviation size.The different requirements of positive deviation and zero deviation size can be realized by adjusting the roll gap in the production process,the production efficiency can be increased and the production cost can be reduced.
