摘    要:汉江碾盘山水利水电枢纽工程位于汉江中下游湖北省钟祥市境内,是汉江流域综合开发治理工程之一,也是国务院确定的172项节水供水重大水利工程之一。该工程泄洪量大、水电水头较低,工程区存在深厚覆盖层、软岩等地质问题。枢纽建筑物类型较多,主要由22孔开敞式平底泄水闸、河床式灯泡贯流机组厂房、船闸、横隔板鱼道、垂直心墙土石坝组成,经过多种方案的比选与论证研究,确定枢纽呈"一"字型布置,自左至右依次布置左岸土石坝、泄水闸、电站厂房、连接坝段、鱼道、船闸及右岸连接重力坝。

Abstract:Nianpanshan Water Resources and Hydropower Project is located in Zhongxiang at the Mid-Lower Hanjiang River in Hubei Province,which is not only one of the comprehensive development and improvement projects of Hanjiang River Basin,but also one of the 172 important water control projects for water-saving and water-supply determined by the State Council. For the project,the flood discharge is larger and the head for hydropower generation is lower,while the problems of deep overburden,soft rock,etc. are there in the project area. Furthermore,so many structures are there for the project and they are mainly the open and flat-bottomed sluice with 22 orifices,the river channel powerhouse for bulb tubular turbine units,the ship lock,the fishway with transverse diaphragm plate,the earth-rock fill dam with vertical core-wall,etc. Through the comparative selection and demonstration made on several schemes,a layout type of a longitudinal line along the river is determined,i.e. the earth-rock fill dam,the sluice,the powerhouse,the connection dam section,the fishway,the shiplock and the gravity dam connected to the right bank,are arranged from the left to the right on the left bank.
