| 摘 要： | 采用熔体直纺工艺生产了576 f多孔涤纶预取向丝,讨论了主要的工艺条件。通过试验得出:熔体黏度为0.640 d L/g,纺丝温度为290.5℃,环吹风压为48 Pa,双油嘴上油,预网络气压为0.065 MPa,卷绕张力为25 c N的工艺条件下,可生产出质量优良的576 f多孔涤纶预取向丝。

| Abstract: | By melt direct spinning, 576 f multiporous polyester pre-oriented yarns(POY) were produced.The main technological conditions were discussed. The results showed that 576 f multiporous POY withhigh quality could be produced by controlling melt viscosity 0.640 d L/g, spinning temperature 290.5 ℃, circularair pressure 48 Pa, double-nozzles finishing, pre-interlaced air pressure 0.065 MPa, winding tension 25 c N. |
