宽幅冷轧带钢连退跑偏影响因素的定量分析研究

摘    要:冷轧带钢连续退火过程中的稳定性决定了生产的效率和产品质量,而带钢跑偏严重影响了连退工艺的稳定性,这种情况在宽幅带钢的生产中尤为明显,其容易引发限速或断带事故。因此,在生产较宽较薄带钢时,应提高连续退火炉内,尤其是加热段中前期的带钢跑偏控制水平。通过生产试验,研究了宽幅冷轧带钢的板形因素对连退炉内带钢跑偏的影响;采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立了具有复杂板形的带钢与炉辊耦合的有限元动态模型,从炉内工况的角度,对炉内工艺参数对带钢跑偏的影响进行了定量分析。结果表明,对于宽规格带钢,应采用5~10 IU的双边浪模式;炉内工艺参数中张力制度以及带钢与炉辊表面的摩擦状态对炉内带钢跑偏具有明显影响:张力越大、带钢与炉辊表面间的动摩擦因数越大,越不容易跑偏;带钢运行速度虽对单位跑偏量无显著影响,但其能加快跑偏量的积累。因此,在工艺段通过对张力、带钢运行速度的调节,以及对炉辊表面状态的优化,可以提高炉段带钢跑偏控制水平。

Abstract:The stability of continuous annealing process of cold rolled strip determines the production efficiency and product quality, and the strip deviation seriously affects the stability of continuous annealing process, which is especially obvious in the production of wide gauge strip, which is easy to cause speed limit or strip breakage accidents.Therefore, in the production of wide and thin gauge strip, it is necessary to improve the strip deviation control level in continuous annealing furnace, especially in the early stage of heating section. The influence of wide strip shape on strip deviation in continuous annealing furnace was studied through production test. Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software, a finite element dynamic model of coupling between strip and furnace roll with complex wave shape was established. From the perspective of furnace working conditions, the influence of furnace process parameters on strip running deviation was quantitatively analyzed. The results show that for wide gauge strip, 5 ~ 10 IU double side wave mode should be adopted. The results show that the higher the tension is, the greater the dynamic friction coefficient between the strip and the roller surface is, the less likely the strip is to run off. The running speed of strip has no significant effect on the unit deviation, but it can accelerate the accumulation of deviation. Therefore, in the process section, by adjusting the tension, strip running speed and optimizing the surface state of furnace roll, the control level of strip deviation in furnace section can be improved.
