| 摘 要： | 对热轧板带粗轧立辊轧机的主传动型式进行了分析,着重对各种型式立辊轧机的主传动原理和特点进行了分析比较,总结了各种主传动型式的优缺点和热轧板带立辊轧机主传动的应用趋势.其指出,主电机多采用双台电机驱动;立式电机多于卧式电机;在大侧压量、大轧制力时,多采用卧式电机驱动;在轧机总功率、最大轧制力满足需求的情况下应多采用上传动...

| Abstract: | The main transmission types of the roughing edge mill for the hot rolled plate and strip were analyzed, and the main transmission principles and characteristics of various types of the edge mill were analyzed and compared.It is pointed out that the main motor is more driven by two motors; the vertical motor is used more than the horizontal motor; when the side pressure and the rolling force are large, horizontal motor drive is more used; when the total power of rolling mill and the maximum rolling force meet the demand,the upper drive method shoule be more used. |
