小型水库砌石坝除险加固技术

摘    要:本文阐述了小型病险水库的危害,总结了小型水库砌石坝的5个常见问题:(1)防洪标准不足;(2)溢流坝段堰型不合理;(3)坝体渗漏严重;(4)大坝下游无消能设施;(5)坝内埋管锈蚀漏水。针对上述问题,对除险加固技术进行了总结,论述了各种加固方法的特点和适用条件。从病害诱发、绕坝渗漏、防渗面板开裂、安全监测4个方面提示了除险加固过程中应注意的问题,旨在供有关小型病险水库除险加固参考。

Abstract:The hazards of the small-sized dangerous reservoir are described herein, and then five common problems from the stone masonry dam for small-sized reservoir are summarized as well; i.e.(1)insufficient flood control standard;(2)unreasonable weir type for overflow dam section;(3)serious seepage of dam body;(4)no any energy dissipation facilities being arranged at downstream of dam;(5)embedded pipes inside of dam body being rusted with leakage. Aiming at the problems mentioned above, not only the technologies for risk-elimination and strengthening are summarized, but the performances and adaptable conditions of various strengthening methods are also discussed. Furthermore, the problems which must be paid attention to during the construction of risk-elimination and strengthening are pointed out from the four aspects of hazard-induction, seepage around dam body, cracking of anti-seepage face-slab and safety monitoring, so as to provide references for the relevant risk-elimination and strengthening of the small-sized dangerous reservoirs
