聚酰胺66热交联行为的研究

摘    要:对高温交联行为进行了研究,将聚酰胺66放入300℃的管式炉中热处理不同时间(2、4、6、8 h),使用甲酸作溶剂测量了凝胶含量随热处理时间的变化,分析了凝胶含量变化的原因。使用差示扫描量热法对热处理不同时间的聚酰胺66样品进行测试,发现结晶峰温度和熔融峰温度随着热处理时间的延长逐渐向低温方向移动。使用裂解色谱对未热处理和热处理6 h后的聚酰胺66样品进行测试,确定了聚酰胺66在300℃热降解过程中生成了有环戊酮基团的物质,并分析凝胶产生的原因。

Study on Thermal Crosslinking Behavior of Polyamide 66

Abstract:The behavior of crosslinking reaction at high temperature was researched, the polyamide 66 samples were heated to 300 ℃ for various times(2 h, 4 h, 6 h, 8 h). Then the change of the gelation content in each sample along with the heating time were gauged by using formic acid as a solvent, and principle of the change was illustrated. The samples were also gauged with differential scanning calorimetry, coming to the conclusion that the temperature of crystalline peak and melting peak declined while the heating process was extended. Moreover, the pyrolysis gas chromatography was carried out over the original polyamide 66 sample and the one had been heatedfor 6 h to make sure that the material carrying cyclopentanone group was formed during the thermal degradation of polyamide 66 in 300 ℃, and the forming reason of gelation were speculated as well.
