鄂北地区水资源配置工程设计综述

摘    要:鄂北地区水资源配置工程多年平均引水量7.70亿m~3,渠首设计流量38.0 m~3/s,输水线路全长269.672 km。本文简述了工程总体布局、输水线路和输水方式及工程设计的主要技术要点。对长3.7 km土洞,夹河套段选择长72.149 km倒虹吸型式,穿越中华山采用长13.84 km TBM隧洞方案,深挖明渠和浅埋隧洞调整为暗涵,以及长联高架渡槽施工方法进行了比选推荐。

Abstract:The average annual water diversion amount of the North Hubei Water Resources Allocation Project is 770 million m3 with the design discharge from the headworks of 38.0 m3/s and the total water conveyance distance of 269.672 km. The main technical points of the project,such as the general layout,the water conveyance route,the water conveyance mode,the engineering design,etc.,are briefly described herein. Meanwhile,the schemes for the 3.7 km long earth tunnel,the inverted siphon pipeline with length of 72.149 km selected for Jiahetao section,the TBM tunneling method adopted for the 13.84 km long tunnel through Zhonghua Mountain,the adjustment of deeply-excavated open channel and shallow-buried tunnel into buried culverts as well as the construction method for the long continuous unit elevated aqueduct are compared and recommended.
