事故树分析方法在水利水电工程建设生态风险评价中的应用研究

摘    要:水利水电工程建设将会对河流生态系统产生一定影响,从而改变其系统内部的稳定性。为定性和定量研究水利水电工程建设生态风险,本文引入了事故树分析方法,利用该研究方法,构建了水利水电工程建设生态风险事故树,揭示了生态系统内部各关联因子之间的关系,从而对生态系统发生破坏的风险进行评价。

Abstract:The construction of water resources and hydropower project is to cause a certain impact on the river eco-system and change its internal stability. In order to qualitatively and quantitatively study the eco-risk from the construction of water resources and hydropower project, the fault tree analysis method is introduced herein. With this method, a fault tree for the eco-risk from the construction of water resources and hydropower project is constructed, and then the relationships in-between all the related factors are revealed, thus the risks of the ecosystem damages are appraised as well.
