暗挖法水工隧洞建设对地面房屋的影响及对策

摘    要:本文通过某工程水工隧洞施工造成的地面房屋开裂事件,总结分析了暗挖法水工隧洞建设影响洞线上方建筑物的主要敏感因素和变形规律,提出了事件解决采取的加固和补偿方案,为类似工程建设提供一定参考。同时建议在工程立项阶段应合理考虑隧洞建设对地面建筑物影响,建立主动的补偿机制,保障工程建设。

Abstract:Through a surface building cracking event caused by the construction of the hydraulic tunnel for a project,the main sensitive factors of the impact from the construction of hydraulic tunnel carried out by mining method on its above buildings and the deformation law as well as the strengthening and compensation schemes adopted for solving the cracking event are analyzed and summarized herein; which not only provides a certain reference for the construction of the similar project,but also suggests that the impact from the tunneling on the surface buildings must be reasonably considered just during the phase of the establishment of the project,and then makes the active compensation mechanism up,so as to ensure the construction of the project.
