摘    要:棒材表面褶皱缺陷是常见的产品缺陷之一,对河钢集团邯钢公司生产的棒材表面褶皱缺陷宏观形貌、金相组织进行了分析,结合轧钢生产,着重分析了孔型设计对产生褶皱缺陷的影响,并提出了粗轧孔型优化设计措施,有效地改善了棒材表面质量.

Abstract:The surface wrinkle defect of bar is one of the common product defects,the macroscopic morphology and metallographic structure of wrinkle defects on the bar surface were analyzed,which produced by Hansteel Company of HBIS Group.Combined with rolling production,the influence of pass design on wrinkle defect was mainly analyzed,the optimization design measures of roughing rolling pass were put forward,which effectively improved the bar surface quality.
