深圳市河道管养经费缺口测算

以2013年河道调研数据为基础,分析了深圳市河道管养现状及存在的问题,并依据国家及深圳市的相关管养经费测算标准和规范,按照深圳市2014年12月的物价水平,对河道管理等级进行划分,测算了其管养经费,计算了经费缺口,最后提出了针对性建议,旨在为水务主管部门提升河道管养水平提供决策参考。

Estimation on fund gap of management and maintenance of rivers in Shenzhen

Based on the data from the investigation on the rivers in Shenzhen made in 2013， the status and the existed problems of the management and maintenance of the rivers therein are analyzed herein， and then the river management is classified in accordance with the price level in Shenzhen of December， 2014 on the basis of the relevant estimation criteria and specifications for the management and maintenance fund issued by the state and Shenzhen， from which the related management and maintenance fund is estimated， the fund gap is calculated and finally some pertinent suggestions are put forward as well， so as to provide a reference for the decision-making to be made by the water authorities concerned for enhancing the level of river management and maintenance.
