Abstract:The rapid development of big data technology promotes the transformation of manufacturing industry to data-driven stage.The whole process quality control system based on big data platform of industrial realizes the data interconnection between upstream and downstream.In specific production lines,the process parameters of production lines can be optimized through the analysis and calculation of mechanism model.Through collecting the real-time rolling force and calculating the rolling force model parameters inversely by IT/OT deep integration technology in the quality control system of Xinyu Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.,the more suitable deformation resistance coefficient and friction coefficient can be obtained.The results show that the rolling force accuracy of the strip head and tail is significantly improved after applying the optimized rolling force model parameters.
