基于模糊自适应PID的伺服扭矩加载系统

摘    要:针对工程中测试零件及其控制系统性能的问题,为缩短生产周期和降低生产成本,提出了一种基于模糊自适应PID的伺服扭矩加载系统。研究设计了模糊自适应PID控制器,使用Matlab,进行系统仿真和实验分析。实验表明,文中提出基于模糊自适应PID的伺服扭矩加载系统能够较好地反映零件性能,并且提高了系统的响应频率和加载精度,可以用于伺服扭矩加载等领域。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a servo torque loading system based on Self adaptive adaptive PID to shorten the production cycle and reduce the cost of production testing of part and control system in engineering. A fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed using the Matlab language. The system simulation and experimental analysis show that the servo torque loading system based on the self adaptive adaptive PID reflects well the part performance and improves frequency response and load precision.
