考虑流固耦合作用的水力式升船机塔柱结构抗风分析研究

摘    要:基于ADINA有限元分析软件,建立了一种考虑流固耦合作用的高耸升船机塔柱结构抗风分析方法,结合景洪水电站水力式升船机塔柱结构工程实例,分析了升船机塔柱结构的风致响应,求得升船机塔柱结构风载体型系数并对其影响因素进行研究。计算结果与规范进行对比,符合规范设计要求,计算结果显示:(1)数值风洞技术得到的升船机塔柱结构风载体型系数大于规范结果;(2)流固耦合作用对高耸塔柱结构影响显著;(3)浮筒和局部地形的影响在设计中应予以考虑。

Abstract:Based on the finite element analysis software of ADINA,a method with the consideration of fluid-solid coupling interaction for analyzing the tower structure of tall shiplift is established herein in combination with the actual engineering case of the tower structure of hydaulic shiplift for Jinghong Hydropower Station,and then the wind-induced response of the tower structure of the shiplift is analyzed,from which the wind load shape coefficient of the tower structure is obtained and its impacting factor is also studied. Compared with the relevant criteria,the calculation result meets the design requirement of the criteria concerned, the calculation result shows that:(1)the wind load shape coefficient of the tower structure obtained from the numerical wind tunnel technology is larger than that from the criteria;(2)the fluid-solid coupling interaction has a significant effect on the tall tower structure;(3)the effects from the buoy and the local landform must be considered during the design.
