摘    要:概述了钢铁全流程智能制造的需求,给出了基于信息物理系统(CPS)的智能制造架构和相关控制逻辑.在介绍东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室(RAL)在国家重点研发计划项目的主要研究进展基础上,以板带热轧智能控制为例,给出了基于动态数字孪生的热连轧CPS的架构及控制理念,最后对CPS应用于钢铁智能制造的前景进行了展望...

Abstract:The requirements of intelligent manufacturing in the whole process of iron and steel industry were summarized,and the intelligent manufacturing architecture and related control logic based on Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) were presented.Based on the introduction of the main research progress of the National Key R&D Program of China of State Key Lab.of Rolling and Automation (RAL),the architecture and control concept of CPS for hot strip rolling based on dynamic digital twin were given.Finally,the application prospect of CPS in intelligent manufacturing of iron and steel was prospected.
