水土资源系统风险评估研究进展

摘    要:地理环境差异及水土资源利用不合理导致了水土资源的诸多风险问题。只有正确认识到水土资源现存的风险问题,并将二者风险综合考虑,才能发挥水土资源系统的最大价值,最终满足人类的生存发展需求。本文从水土资源风险评估的意义及方法等方面,介绍了水土资源风险的由来、现状及国内外研究进展,指出了目前研究的不足之处,提出未来水土资源研究发展方向,以期丰富和完善水土资源风险评估理论。

Abstract:The geographic environmental differences and unreasonable utilizations of water and soil resources lead to so many problems of risk from water and soil resources. Only a correct understanding of the existing risks from water and soil resources and then making a comprehensive consideration on the risks from both of them,the maximum values from the water and soil resources systems can be brought into play and finally meet the demands from the human survival and development. The origin and status quo of the risks from water and soil resources as well as the progress of the relevant study on them at home and abroad are described herein from the aspects of the significances,methods,etc. of the assessment made on the risks from water and soil resources,in which the deficiencies of the current study are pointed out and the developing trend of the study in the days to come is put forward,so as to enrich and perfect the theory for the assessment on the risks from water and soil resources.
