基于ANSYS的弧形闸门支臂屈曲分析研究

摘    要:结合工程实例,利用ANSYS对弧形闸门支臂进行特征值屈曲分析。分析了支臂夹角、支臂主梁截面尺寸、支臂立柱截面尺寸、支臂斜支杆截面尺寸等参数对屈曲临界荷载的影响。结果表明:支臂失稳主要表现形式为支臂上主梁失稳,前10阶屈曲荷载相差不大,失稳变形随阶数增大而减小;支臂主梁截面尺寸对支臂屈曲荷载的影响最大,支臂立柱截面尺寸的影响基本可以忽略,不设置支臂斜支杆可明显提高支臂的稳定性。

Abstract:Combined with the relevant engineering case, a bucking analysis on the characteristics of the ally arm of radial gate is made with ANSYS; in which impacts from the parameters such as the included angle of the ally arm, the sectional dimension of the main beam for the ally arm, the sectional dimension of the vertical column for the ally arm, the sectional dimension of the inclined supporting rod for the ally, etc. on the bulking critical load are analyzed. The result shows that the main apparent form of the instability of the ally arm is the instability of the main beam for the ally arm; i.e. the differences among the preceding 10 orders of the bulking loads are less, and then the instability deformation decreases along with the increase of the order, while the impact from the sectional dimension of the main beam for the ally on the bulking load of the ally arm is the largest and the impact from the vertical column for the ally arm can basically be neglected, thus the stability of the ally arm can be significantly enhanced, if no inclined supporting rod is equipped there.
